Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your bookings with Dasa Holidays Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By booking any service with us, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Scope of Services
We provide the following travel services:
Group Tours – Fixed departures to domestic and international destinations.
Customized Trips – Tailor-made itineraries to match your preferences.
Adventure & Youth Travel – Backpacking, treks, and community-based experiences.
Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation: A non-refundable booking amount is required to secure your trip.
Payment Timeline: Balance payments must be made as per the schedule provided at the time of booking.
Non-Payment: Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
Currency & Taxes: Payments are accepted in INR. International trips may attract TCS (Tax Collected at Source) as per government rules.
Pricing & Inclusions
Final Price: Subject to availability and foreign exchange fluctuations until full payment.
Inclusions/Exclusions: Only services mentioned in your package are included. Extra services (meals, room upgrades, activities) are chargeable.
Cancellations & Refunds
By Client: Cancellations must be emailed to us. Standard cancellation charges apply depending on proximity to departure.
By Company: We may modify or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, credit notes or alternative options may be offered.
Non-Refundable Costs: Flight tickets, visa fees, and certain hotel services are strictly non-refundable.
Travel Documents & Insurance
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel permits and insurance.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (covering cancellations, medical emergencies and baggage loss).
Visa approvals are at the discretion of embassies/consulates; we cannot guarantee approvals.
Health, Safety & Conduct
You must ensure you are medically fit for travel and disclose any medical conditions before booking.
Safety instructions provided by tour leaders/guides must be followed.
Misconduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of local laws may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Flights, Hotels & Transfers
Airlines: We are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or baggage loss.
Hotels: Standard check-in/out times apply. Additional services (mini-bar, city tax, etc.) must be paid directly at the hotel.
Transfers/Sightseeing: Transfers are as per itinerary. Missed transfers due to delays on your part are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Dasa Holidays acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, etc.). We are not liable for losses, delays, or damages beyond our control.
We are not responsible for personal belongings lost during the trip.
Force Majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, etc.) may impact travel plans. In such cases, our liability is limited to refunds/credits as permitted by our suppliers.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra courts.
Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
