Trip Cancellation

Cancellation Over 45 Days Before Trip Start:
If you cancel more than 45 days prior to the trip commencement, refunds will depend on the cancellation policies of the hotels, transport providers, and other partners involved in your itinerary. Refunds will only be processed if these service providers agree to waive their cancellation charges. Alternatively, you may opt for a 100% credit note valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Cancellation Between 45 to 15 Days Before Trip Start:
For cancellations made between 45 to 15 days before departure, 25% of the total package cost will be refunded.

Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Trip Start:
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 15 days of the trip start date due to prior arrangements and non-refundable bookings.

Flight Cancellation

All flight cancellations are subject to the respective airline’s cancellation policies, including applicable penalties and refund timelines.

  • Promotional and discounted fare categories may be non-refundable, as per airline rules.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the airline’s policy after deducting cancellation fees.

  • Any rebooking, modifications, or name/date changes after ticket issuance will be chargeable as per airline norms. Fare differences may also apply.

  • Dasa Holidays will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or operational changes made by the airline. Refund processing timelines depend entirely on the airline.
